Chickpea Salad: Whip up this delicious and filling raw salad in a matter of minutes and stay full for hours. You’ll need chickpeas, palm hearts, tomato, olives, basil, and lemon juice. You can make as much or as little as you want, and you can always put the leftovers in the fridge.

Rainbow Bowls: These are as delicious as they are pretty. Creating a rainbow bowl allows you a lot of freedom when it comes to what types of ingredients you want to include. Generally, in this type of bowl, as you can tell by the name, is very colorful, which means you get to put a lot of raw delicious veggies in it. What you’ll normally find in these bowls are sliced carrots, red peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, lima beans, kale, spinach, mango chunks, sliced onion, sliced squash and zucchini, and so many more. It really is up to you as far as what ingredients you put in the bowls. Add a lemon vinaigrette or zesty peanut sauce to spice it up.
